If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a full refund as long as the following guidelines are observed:

- The return must be received within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- The items must be in new, resalable condition.
- The original receipt, or a copy of the original receipt, must be enclosed in the package with the returned item. If the original receipt is not available or the return is made after 30 days, you may make an exchange.
- All exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Sale merchandise and dated merchandise is non-returnable.
- A $5.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to each mail order exchange.
Gifts and Souvenirs
May be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase and exchanged within 60 calendar days provided the merchandise is still in new, saleable condition and is returned in its unopened sales wrapper.
